1 · What this notice covers / Lo que cubre este aviso

This notice is about this website, artsautosale.com. Paperwork you fill out in person at the lot — a credit application, a purchase contract, a financing agreement — is handled separately and is not covered here.

2 · What we collect when you send the form / Lo que recabamos cuando usted envía el formulario

You have to give us: the vehicle you are asking about, your full name, your phone number, how soon you are looking to buy, and whether you can come see the car at the lot.

Usted tiene que darnos: el carro por el que pregunta, su nombre completo, su teléfono, para cuándo busca comprar, y si puede venir a verlo al lote.

You can leave blank: your email, how you prefer to be contacted, your language, whether you have a valid driver's license, and any message you want to write. The form works without these.

Puede dejar en blanco: su correo, cómo prefiere que le contactemos, su idioma, si tiene licencia de manejo vigente, y cualquier mensaje que quiera escribir. El formulario funciona sin eso.

Sent automatically with your message: the date and time, which page of this site you sent it from, and the IP address of the device you sent it from. The IP address is recorded by Netlify, the company that hosts this website; it is part of how their form service works and we cannot turn it off. The form also attaches a short priority label — "hot", "warm" or "cold" — calculated only from the answers you gave about timing, visiting and your license, so that we call back first the people who are ready to come in. It is not based on your credit, your money, or anything we looked up about you.

3 · What we do not collect / Lo que no recabamos

No Social Security number. No income. No bank or card numbers. No credit check — this form is not a credit application and sending it does not affect your credit. No accounts or passwords. No location. No cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics. If you browse this site without sending the form, you do not give us anything.

Nada de número de seguro social. Nada de ingresos. Nada de cuentas bancarias ni tarjetas. No revisamos su crédito — este formulario no es una solicitud de crédito y enviarlo no afecta su crédito. To answer your question about a vehicle and to set up a visit to the lot. That is all. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles.

5 · How we will contact you / Cómo le vamos a contactar

Someone from the lot calls or texts the number you gave us, by hand. We do not use auto-dialers or recorded calls. Standard message and data rates from your phone company may apply. Tell us to stop and we stop — say so on the call, reply STOP to a text, or call us at (559) 584-0222.

Alguien del lote le llama o le manda mensaje al número que nos dio, a mano. No usamos marcadores automáticos ni llamadas grabadas. 6 · Who else sees it / Quién más la ve

Netlify — the company that hosts this website. Your message travels to them and is stored on their servers so we can read it. They act on our behalf and their own privacy policy applies to that storage: netlify.com/privacy.

Nobody else. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to other dealers, lenders, lead brokers or marketing companies. The only exception is if a law, subpoena or court order requires it.

Google only sees you if you click one of our map or review links. That takes you to Google's own site, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not send Google anything you wrote in our form.

No third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity on this site, or follows you across other websites over time. This site loads no outside scripts, no outside fonts, no outside images and no advertising code of any kind. Everything you see here is served from this site itself.

Ningún tercero recaba información personal sobre lo que usted hace en este sitio, ni lo sigue por otros sitios con el tiempo. Este sitio no carga programas, tipografías, imágenes ni código de publicidad de afuera. Todo lo que usted ve aquí se sirve desde este mismo sitio.

8 · Do Not Track signals / Señales Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track you in the first place — there is no analytics, no advertising network and no cross-site profiling here — so there is nothing for that signal to switch off, and we do not change how the site behaves when we receive one.

We keep your message while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterward in case you come back. We clear out old form messages periodically, and we delete yours as soon as you ask.
